You should also check your exercise program. It probably needs to be adjusted to emphasize strength training or cardio that can help you lose that belly. Finally, check if you're able to manage stress well and are getting enough sleep. Believe it or not, your inability to manage stress also causes fat to be stored around the midsection. Strange, but true.
